Decision Day

Those living in municipalities throughout Bertie, Hertford and Northampton counties  will have the opportunity to choose local leaders Tuesday.

Polls open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. for those living in municipalities to cast their ballots. Only those who live in the corporate limits of each town are eligible to cast ballots.

One polling place in the region which has changed will be in Roxobel. Voters seeking to cast a ballot for mayor or town council in the town will vote at the Roxobel Town Hall.

Several towns do not have a full slate of candidates. Those offices will be filled by write-in.
