WINDSOR – James Larry Mercer, 82, of Windsor, a native of Wayne County, died on Tuesday, August 21, 2018. Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 25, 2018 in the Chapel of Walker’s Funeral Home, Windsor, who is handling the arrangements.
