WINDSOR – Sarah Bell Outlaw, 83, of Windsor died Monday, April 15, 2024 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Sandy Point Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
