WINDSOR – Edwin McCall Parker, 75, of Bazemore Street, Windsor, died Thursday, March 21, 2013 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital, Washington.  Funeral services were held on Sunday, March 24, 2013 at Republican Baptist Church.  Burial followed in the Parker Family Cemetery, Windsor. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
