SUFFOLK, VA – William Penn Perry, 83, of Suffolk, VA, formerly of Rich Square, died Thursday, May 23, 2019 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 26, 2019 at Rich Square First Baptist. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
