SCOTLAND NECK – Rev. Billy B. Poteat, 79, died Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at Durham Veteran’s Hospital, Durham. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at the Hope Free Will Baptist Church, Scotland Neck. Burial will follow at Sunnyside Cemetery, Scotland Neck. Sykes Funeral Service, Rich Square, is handling the arrangements.
