Kevin Rountree of Gatesville and Cynthia Kroswek of Hertford will marry during a 4:30 p.m. ceremony on Sept. 10 on the beach at Kill Devil Hills. The reception will be held at Queen Anne’s Events in Wanchese. Kevin is the son of David and Sandra Rountree of Gatesville. Cynthia is the daughter of Mike and Pamela Kroswek of Weaverville, NC.
