WASHINGTON, DC – Berman Levie Rogers, 72, formerly of Halifax County, died Sunday, September 15, 2019 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Scotland Neck. Burial will follow in the James Cemetery, Hobgood. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
