ROANOKE RAPIDS – Ray McDonald Hoggard, Jr., 52, of Hamilton Street, Roanoke Rapids, a native of Hertford County, died Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday July 6, 2019 in the Chapel of Walker Funeral Home, Widnsor, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor.
