ROXOBEL – Melvin Casper, 72, of Taylor Lane, Roxobel, died Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at his residence. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Sandy Branch Missionary Baptist Church, Roxobel. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Aulander, is handling the arrangements.
