MURFREESBORO – Essie Mae Barnes, 88, of Murfreesboro, a native of Northampton County, died Sunday, April 7, 2019 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 11, 2019 at Nebo Baptist Church, Murfreesboro. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
