GATES – Tobe Ruffin, 29, of Gates, died Sunday, March 31, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 7, 2019 at New Hope Baptist Church. Burial will be in the First Baptist Roduco Cemetery. Community of Hope Funeral Service, Hobbsville, is handling the arrangements.
