PAWLING, NY – Louis Fennell Sr., 86, of Pawling, NY, formerly of Hertford County, died Thursday, September 20, 2018 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Menola First Baptist Church, Woodland. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
