WINDSOR – Raleigh Frank Hughes, Jr., 62, of Bakertown Road, Windsor, died Monday, September 3, 2018 at Vidant Bertie Hospital, Windsor. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, September 7, 2018 in the Chapel of Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, who is handling the arrangements.
