TARBORO – William Charles Copeland, Jr., 84, of Tarboro died Monday, August 13, 2018 at Vidant Edgecombe Hospital, Tarboro. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, August 19, 2018 at Zoar Missionary Baptist Church, Pendleton. Burial will be in the church cemetery. T. L.
