WINDSOR – Annie Vernon Bond Miller, 73, of Cedar Landing Road, Windsor, died Sunday, February 18, 2018 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Cedar Landing Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
