SEABOARD – Viola Garris Slaughter, 106, of Seaboard died Monday, February 5, 2018 at Halifax Regional Medical Center, Roanoke Rapids. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Zoar Missionary Baptist Church, Pendleton. Burial will be in the church cemetery. T. L.
