WINDSOR – Bobby Lee Eubanks, 76, of Carroll Street, Windsor, died Friday, February 5, 2016 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 7, 2016 at Cashie Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor.
