SEABOARD – Delno Cotton, 70, of Seaboard died Sunday, January 20, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 26, 2013 in the chapel of H.D. Pope Funeral Home, Roanoke Rapids, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow in the Roanoke Salem Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Garysburg.
