WINDSOR – Delphia Marie Blackburn Herald, 92, a resident of the Brian Center, died Tuesday, October 12, 2010. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 16, 2010 at Snug Harbor Community Church. Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, October 18, 2010 at Potters Cemetery, Yeager, KY.  Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
