Mr. and Mrs. Robert (Bobby) Leggett and Mr. and Mrs. James Leary (Patsy) announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Brook Elizabeth Leggett, to Roy Andrew “Andy” Ray, the son of the late Roy and Verna Pierce of Windsor. The wedding is planned for Sept. 29 at Edgewood Baptist Church.
