Ruth H. Joyner of Hertford County died Friday, June 12, 2009.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilmer Joyner.
She is survived by her children, Tommy Joyner, Brenda Davis and her husband, Donnie, Cynthia Hall and her husband, Jimmie, Rick and his wife, Paula, and Doug and his wife, Pat; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Clayton Harris and his wife, Nancy.
Visitation will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at Massey Funeral Home, Aulander, followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m.
