WINDSOR – Dyerl Franklin Howell, 91, of Windsor died Wednesday, June 12, 2024 in Bertie County. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, June 17, 2024 at the Chapel of Garrett-Sykes Funeral Service, Ahoskie, which is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow at Hoggard Memorial Cemetery, Lewiston, with military honors.
