MURFREESBORO – Fred Alexander Murphy, 88, of Murfreesboro died Thursday, April 25, 2024 at ECU Health Edgecombe, Tarboro. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Murfreesboro, is handling the arrangements.
