WILSON – Ernest Hoggard, 70, of Wilson, formerly of Hertford County, died Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at the Chapel of Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, which is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow in Hoggard Family Cemetery, Ahoskie.
