WINDSOR – Rudolph Harrell, Jr., 48, of Windsor died Sunday, December 31, 2023 at ECU Health Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at Indian Woods Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
