CARLISLE, PA – Cecil H. Broadnax, 96, of Carlisle, PA, formerly of Seaboard, died Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at Forest Park Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Carlisle, PA. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at the Chapel of T.L. Faison’s Funeral Care, Seaboard, which is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow at Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery, Seaboard.
