AHOSKIE – Ahoskie Christian School rallied from two sets down to upend previously undefeated Bethel Assembly Christian Academy (BACA) in varsity girls volleyball action here Monday.

The victory allowed the Lady Warriors (14-1 overall and 8-0 in conference action) to avenge their only loss of the season at BACA back on Aug. 17.

This time around it appeared that BACA was going to post a regular season sweep of Ahoskie Christian as the visitors won the first two sets, 25-20, 25-21.

But the Lady Warriors stormed back, rallying to even the match at 2-2 with 25-21 and 25-16 wins in sets #3 and #4. Ahoskie Christian polished off their comeback and won the match by claiming the decisive fifth set, 15-7.
