AHOSKIE – Emma J. Deloatch, 84, of Northampton County died Monday, September 11, 2023 at Ahoskie Health & Rehabilitation. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness, Garysburg. Burial will follow at Deloatch Family Cemetery, Conway. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
