CHESAPEAKE, VA – Janet Hines, 75, of Chesapeake, VA, formerly of Hertford County, died Friday, August 4, 2023 at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center. A viewing will be held from 12-4 p.m. on Sunday, August 20, 2023 at Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, which is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church Cemetery.
