AHOSKIE – Barbara Ann Collier, of Ahoskie, NC, passed away Monday, August 8, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Vernon and Genevieve Collier.

Barbara always had a big smile and was helpful and kind to others. She greatly enjoyed being with her family. She was also an avid sports fan and was always cheering for the Washington Redskins.

Barbara is survived by her two sisters, Beverly Woodard (Bob), and Pat Collier (Ralph Branchaud); a niece, Alexandra Bartlett (Matt); a nephew, Jacob Branchaud (Katherine); a great niece, Emmette Claire Bartlett; great nephews, Grady Bartlett and Camden Branchaud; two special adopted daughters, Jazmine Bunch and Zykira Saulsbury; and her special dog Bailey.

The family will gather at Severn Cemetery in Severn, NC for a graveside service on September 16, 2023 at 2 p.m. to celebrate the life of Barbara.
