HIGH POINT – Joe A. Deloatch, 80, of High Point, formerly of Rich Square, died Saturday, July 15, 2023 at Weschester Manor at Providence Place, High Point. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at the Chapel of Wilder’s Funeral Home, Rich Square, which is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow at Deloatch Family Cemetery, Conway.
