WINDSOR – Annie Pearl Harrell, 64, of Windsor died Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at Greater Wynns Grove Baptist Church, Colerain. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
