WINDSOR – Melvin Lee Holley, 56, of Windsor died Friday, April 28, 2023 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Emmanuel Full Gospel Church, Windsor. Burial will follow at Ashland Baptist Church Cemetery, Merry Hill. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
