WILLIAMSTON – Annie Rascoe Smallwood, 72, of Williamston, formerly of Windsor, died Sunday, April 2, 2023 at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital, Greensboro. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at Indian Woods Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
