WINDSOR – Robert Louis Smallwood, 82, of Windsor died Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Indian Woods Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
