WINDSOR – Willie Lewis Outlaw, Jr., 61, of Windsor died Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 10, 2023 at Indian Woods Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
