WINDSOR – Anthony Goines, 54, of Windsor died Friday, February 10, 2023 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 19, 2023 at Power House Ministries Church, Lewiston. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
