MURFREESBORO – William Lee Hawkins, Sr., 85, of Murfreesboro died Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at Vidant Roanoke Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at Nebo Baptist Church, Murfreesboro. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
