RALEIGH – Bobby R. Outlaw, Sr., 81, of Raleigh, formerly of Ahoskie, died Monday, October 24, 2022 at Duke Hospice Inpatient Facility, Durham. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at Piney Wood Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Ahoskie. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Aulander, is handling the arrangements.
