MERRY HILL – Anthony Wendell Hayes, 67, of Merry Hill died Sunday, October 9, 2022 at ECU Health Chowan Hospital, Edenton. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, October 16, 2022 at Ashland Missionary Baptist Church, Merry Hill. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
