MIDLOTHIAN, VA – Franklin Delano Rooks, 88, of Midlothian, VA died Friday, September 2, 2022 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Margarettsville. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. T.L.
