PORTSMOUTH, VA – Willie T. Deloatch, 63, of Portsmouth, VA, formerly of Northampton County, died Thursday, August 25, 2022 at Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk, VA. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at St. John AME Church, Conway. Burial will follow in Deloatch Family Cemetery, Conway. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
