WINDSOR – Beulah Virginia Williams Powell, 101, of Windsor died Saturday, August 20, 2022 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at New Bethlehem Apostolic Faith Church of God and Christ, Windsor. Burial will follow at Wilder-Cherry Family Cemetery, Aulander. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
