SEABOARD – Ralph Winborne, 92, of Seaboard died Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at his residence. Funeral services were held on Friday, February 25, 2022 at the Chapel of T.L. Faison’s Funeral Care, Seaboard, which is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow at Phillips’s Cemetery, Seaboard.
