PENDLETON – William Earl Tyner, 74, of Pendleton died Sunday, February 13, 2022 at Vidant Roanoke Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at his residence in Pendleton. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
