FRANKLIN, VA – Linda White Pierce, 73, of 108 Rawlsdale Road, died Tuesday, December 21, 2021 in The East Pavilion of Franklin.

Mrs. Pierce was born in Suffolk, VA on July 19, 1948, and was the daughter of the late Willard R. and Emma Lee Eure White. The former office manager with Internal Medicine of Franklin, she later worked in that same position for Dr. Cynthia Ripsin. A member of Franklin Presbyterian Church, she also enjoyed the fellowship shared with her beloved Bridge Club.

Surviving is her husband of 56 years, Glenn Ray Pierce, and their children, Kim Pierce of Oakland, CA and Mark Pierce (Ann) of Sedley, VA. Also surviving is her twin sister, Susan Kennington (Johnny) of Como, NC; and two grandsons, Austin Pierce (Courtney, and their son, Bowen), and Wesley Pierce.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, December 26, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Miller Funeral Home, 304 Main Street, Gatesville, NC. Friends are invited to visit with the family in the funeral home immediately following the service.
