WINDSOR – Sanford Vaughan, 76, of Windsor died Sunday, December 19, 2021 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Diamond Grove Baptist Church, Skippers, VA. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
