WINDSOR – Samuel Delina Gilliam, Jr., 77, of Windsor died Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor which is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor.
