WINTON – Emma Felton Williams, 83, of Winton died Monday, April 19, 2021 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at First Baptist South Winton. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
